VASER®: Precise Ultrasound-Assisted Liposuction Technology

Add value to your clinic with the VASERLipo®.
VASER MACHINE

What's different about VASER®?

VASERlipo® utilizes ultrasound energy for minimally invasive aesthetic body contouring that yields dramatic
results with less pain and downtime than traditional liposuction.

Advanced technology

Fast healing with smoother results compared to traditional liposuction, and decreased surgeon fatigue.1,8

Precise

Precise sculpting, treating small or large areas in a single session.7

Versatile

Makes delicate and fibrous areas easy to sculpt1.8

Patient comfort

Less pain, downtime, swelling, and bruising than traditional liposuction.5

Fat Grafting

Maintains fat cell viability for subsequent fat grafting.8

VASER® Benefits

Minimally Invasive
Body Contouring

An alternative to the harsh techniques of traditional liposuction, VASER® is minimally invasive yet powerful enough to eliminate large areas of fat and gentle enough to treat more delicate areas.

Immediate and
Precise Sculpting

VASER® removes visible amounts of fat immediately. Its a step-up from non-invasive procedures that rely on secondary reactions to reduce small amounts of fat over an extended time.

Treat Multiple Areas In A Single Procudure

VASER® can sculpt and shape multiple areas in a single procedure, including: jowls, chin and neck, abs, hips or love handles, male and female breasts, arms, back, buttocks or thighs, knees, calves or ankles.

Less Pain, Swelling
and Downtime

VASER® is unique in its ability to target fat while leaving other important tissues intact, giving you the smoother contours you want with less pain and recovery time than traditional liposuction.

ADVANCING THE ART OF LIPOSUCTION

The VASER System Advantage:

Provides surgeons with advanced technology compared to traditional liposuction:

  • - Decreased surgeon fatigue1
  • - Enhanced skin retraction2
  • - Less pain, swelling, and downtime3
  • - Less post-operative discomfort4-6
  • - Can treat multiple areas in a single procedure4
  • - Results seen as early as 1 week with precise sculpting7

The VASER® procedure

During a VASER® procedure, the area to be treated is filled with a medicated solution. The fat cells are then treated with ultrasound energy and are removed from the body through a gentle suction process. The surrounding tissues are left intact, giving you the smoother contours you want with less pain and recovery time than traditional liposuction.

Step1

Step 1 - Infiltration

Tumescent Infusion – Tumescent fluid containing small gas bubbles 5 to 10 microns in size is infused throughout targeted fat tissue. Tight junctions between cells within blood vessel walls and connective tissues prevent gas bubbles from interspersing among and affecting these tissues.5

Step2

Step 2 - Fragmentation

Acoustic energy delivered through an ultrasonic probe results in the rapid formation and collapse of bubbles in the tumescent fluid, dislodging clusters of intact fat cells with minimal (if any) impact on vessels, nerves, and other tissues9. Grooves on ultrasonic probe (acoustic streaming) generate strongly localized fluid forces, further separating dislodged fat clusters into smaller clumps, which can be used during fat grafting procedures.5

Step 3

Step 3 - Aspiration

The design of the small-diameter cannula minimizes trauma to vessels, nerves and the fibrous tissue matrix when inserted to suction out the mixed fat cell and tumescent fluid emulsion (compared to second-generation cannulas).5,6

Step 4

Step 4 - Retraction

Adipose tissue removal during liposuction creates a space for retraction to occur. Postprocedure skin retraction is optimized when the superficial fatty layer is “thinned” with minimal trauma to tissues and the elastic subcutaneous connective tissue matrix is preserved. This allows the skin to naturally, retract and re-drape to the underlying frame during the healing process.7

While cosmetic surgery can enhance confidence by improving physical appearance, it is important to recognize that deeper self-esteem issues may require emotional and psychological support for lasting results.
